Police urge national measures against mobile phone use while driving

Governments across Australia have been urged to agree to a uniform crackdown on drivers using mobile phones. In Victoria, infringement notices jumped by 13 per cent last year. But asGareth Boreham reports, police there want greater enforcement powers like those recently introduced in New South Wales.
