Over the weekend, tens of thousands marched across the globe in protest at United States president Donald Trump's dismissal of climate science. His administration has yet to confirm whether the United States will continue its participation in the Paris Agreement on climate change. But while the United States wavers on climate change, China has powered ahead, saying it will not back off its commitment to cutting carbon emissions regardless what Mr Trump does. Katrina Yu reports.
