State and territory energy ministers are threatening to forge ahead with their own targets for renewable energy if the Turnbull Government continues to stall on a decision. The federal energy minister is meeting his state counterparts tomorrow (Fri) in Brisbane to plan a national response to the Finkel Review on energy. But already it appears there are major divisions between the Commonwealth and the states.... and Barnaby Joyce says the Nationals have their own demands.
