Russia, Turkey announce ceasefire -- for most -- in Syria

Syria's government and a wide range of rebel groups have agreed to a nationwide ceasefire, which is now in effect in the war-torn country. The ceasefire, however, does not include the self-proclaimed Islamic State nor the Kurdish YPG militia. Russia and Turkey will act as guarantors of the truce, which includes seven rebel groups and more than 60,000 opposition fighters. Michelle Rimmer reports.
