The highest paid woman in sport, Maria Sharapova could be facing a premature retirement from tennis for testing positive to a banned substance. The 28 year old has become the seventh athlete in a month to test positive to meldonium. Her lucrative sponsorship deals are now under threat with at least one company already suspending their relationship with the tennis great.
