Sino-India border standoff: Will the tension turn into a fight?

While 3,000 troops each from India and China stand eyeball-to-eyeball on the border, and war of words has escalated between the two neighbouring countries. Will the tension possibly turn into a fight? Dr. Mumin Chen, Director of the Center for Studies on South Asia and the Middle East, NCHU said the answer is very likely to be no.
