France has won the contract for Australia's biggest defence project - to replace the Collins class submarines - defeating bids from Japan and Germany. Assistant Professor Jie Chen from The Unversity of Western Australia told SBS Mandarin Producer Alan Qu that "China Effect" might push Australia to drop Japan in this significant project.
