Taiwanese scholar: we won't accept Hong Kong's "One country Two systems"

The Chinese President will visit Hong Kong to oversee the swearing in of its new leader as the territory marks 20 years since it was handed back by Britain. Analysts believe that China wants to use Hong Kong as a model of governance for Taiwan. But critics put forward a slogan "today's Hong Kong, Tomorrow's Taiwan" to warn Taiwanese that China's governance will damage its democracy. Taiwanese scholar M, who is working in Hong Kong's university as a China Studies researcher, believes that Hong Kong residents have very divisive viewS on China's governance and Taiwanese will not accept so-called "One country Two systems".
