China expert and President of the Australia China SME Association David Thomas has been doing business with the Chinese both locally and in China for many years. In fact, he is the global 'go to' expert on how to do business with the Chinese and win.

According to David, it is all about drinking tea - three cups of tea in fact. While the western world is very transactional based, David explains that the Chinese are very much about building trust and relationships.
