The First Artist putting Culinary Aesthetics in China's School Curriculum

Artist Shaojun Li, designing dishes for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, is the first person who pushed out the first textbook of Culinary Aesthetics in China.

LI shaojun has designed dishes for political leaders around the world in several occasions, including 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. 

Despite of a moderate cook, he was inspired by other chefs, and bring his expertise in painting to design dishes.
