The Centre for Multicultural Youth and the Youth Affairs Council of Victoria say trouble had been brewing well ahead of gang violence in Melbourne's city centre over the weekend. Several people have been arrested (pls check for update on possible charges) following a violent brawl at Federation Square. Police had to use capsicum spray to disperse a large group of young people.
