Donald Trump has released a jarring video on Twitter celebrating his successes at the G20 summit despite widespread criticism the US President was out of sync with traditional allies. Critics say that in pulling out of the Paris climate accord, Mr. Trump has created a vacuum of global leadership. His decision is perhaps the greatest strategic gift to the Chinese, who are eager to fill the void that Washington is leaving in the worlds power structure.
