Trump continues tweeting policy directives

United States President-elect Donald Trump has again been busy on Twitter, threatening to impose a border tax on car-maker General Motors for making some of its cars in Mexico. He's also praised rival company Ford for scrapping its plans to build another plant in Mexico, and he's criticised Congress for weakening the powers of its ethics monitor - a decision which has now been reversed.
