An emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council has again condemned North Korea after its latest launch of a ballistic missile. On Monday, (aug 28) North Korea sent a missile soaring over northern Japan before it disintegrated and fell into the sea. Many at the UN meeting have called it the country's most provocative launch yet. Rob Sutton and Alan Qu report.
