Russia is insisting it doesn't plan to take retaliatory action after the United States released a so-called "blacklist" of Russian businessmen and politicians. The move comes amid a continuing US investigation into claims of Russian interference in its 2016 presidential election. As Andrea Nierhoff reports, the names on the list include the Kremlin's entire ministerial cabinet and more than 90 billionaire oligarchs.
