Victoria overhauls bail system after CBD horror smash

Victoria is to set up a night magistrates court to hear after-hours bail applications after the deadly Melbourne car rampage sparked calls for a judicial shake-up. Five people were killed and dozens injured in the incident. Victorian Premier now says he owes it to those victims to fix the judicial system.
