Western allies voice frustration over US trade tariffs, as officials look to talks with China

Anger continues to grow over the decision by the United States to impose tariffs on steel and aluminium imports from certain countries. While western allies vent their frustration, U-S officials are hoping talks in Beijing will go some way to shrinking its trade deficit with China.
