More than 60 Victorian organisations has participated in China International Import Expo (CIIE), and Mr Liu's company is among them.
Mr Liu's immigrated to Victoria as he thought Victoria is leading the research in healthcare, which is the focus of his company.
He encourages a positive relationship between China and Australia which can benefit both Australian people and businesses.
