National Bookshop Day is an annual promotional event supported by the Australian Booksellers Association (ABA) to celebrate bookshops.

National Bookshop Day is on the second Saturday of August to celebrate the role of your bookshop in your community. It promotes their value in the community, and invites customers to return to or support their local bookshop. National Bookshop Day celebrates local bookshops through in-store activity, local publicity and grass roots fun. Jiao Lu has more about what to do on this day? What activities are available and what are the benefits that we can bring from participating in this event?
