In Shanghai: cemetery has only 20 years of use is incorrect. In Sydney: government cemetery: price are relatively cheap but requires a death certification or a critical condition list. The location of the cemetery can't be selected, but full payment is required in a short term. Most graveyards have only 25 years of use. When the cemetery is sold, it only can be sold to the management at the original price.
