Why I chose to Spain

Since the end of 2010, the surge in the number of refugees and economic migrants from the Middle East, Africa and Asia and other places poured into the European Union countries seeking residence. It poses challenges for the European economy. As one of members of the EU, the unemployment rate in Spain rose by 16%, higher than any other Euro member states. But Australian Chinese Mr Huang chose to buy property in Spain at this time.
