Will PRC adopt dual nationality?

People's Republic of China is one the few countries who does not admit or recognize dual nationality. From 1954 to 9 September 1980, PRC has no statutory nationality law except for the Sino-Indonesian Dual Nationality Treaty adopted in 1955, a bilateral treaty instead of a statutory law. Will dual nationality be resumed in PRC?
