World anti-doping agency calls for Russia's ban from Rio

The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has called for Russia to be banned from next month's Olympic Games in Rio, accusing the country of state-sponsored sports doping. An independent investigation claims the Russian sports ministry "directed, controlled and manipulated" the drug tests taken by athletes between 2011 and 2015.
