Xin Ziling: will the South China Sea artribation lead to a war between China and US?

After the South China Sea artribation, there are fears that the area is becoming a flashpoint, with potentially serious global consequences, with a possibility that there might be a battle between China and US. Xin Ziling, a former official at the China National Defense University said the spreading fears was a plotted conspiracy from ex Chinese President Jiang Zemin to distract public attention away from Xi Jinping's anti-corruption operations aimed at Jiang and his factions.
