China plans to build new city next to Beijing to reduce the strain on the capital and create more economic growth. The government says the new area will similar to those established in Shenzhen and Shanghai. In recent years, China has established dozens of new areas while millions of people pour into its cities. However critics say that may creat more gost towns aroung the country. Will the new area be able to ease the burden on Beijing and boost urbanization in Northern China?
