The Chinese government work report delivered by Premier Li Keqiang at the parliament's annual session says China targeted economic growth of approximately 6.5 TO 7 percent in 2016. It is the first time that China uses a range rather than a certain number to describe GDP growth. China's economic transition is facing extreme challenges. Mr Xu Hongcai predicts that the process needs five years. Dong Xing has the report.
