心理问题也需要科学的急救措施,澳州是全球最早开办心理急救课程的国家。


感冒、发烧、跌打、损伤,我们都知道要及时看病、吃药,但有些时候面对情绪问题,比如说抑郁或是恐慌时,我们却不知道如何照顾自己。

心理问题也需要科学的急救措施。

来自怡康全人发展中心的心理咨询师Ada Poon表示,澳州是全球最早开办心理急救课程的国家,之后这套教学课程也流传到了香港、日本、泰国及上海等地。

Ada说,精神健康的问题在某些时候也会突然发生,比如说惊恐发作(Panic Attack)就有类似心脏病发时的症状。怡康全人发展中心在今年的9月和10月就会向华人社区的老人开办精神健康的急救课程,了解心理疾病病发症状,防患于未然。

Ada在接受本台记者采访时先讲述为何一些心理问题需要急救处理。
