很多人都會待自己退休後才考慮做點義務工作來到回饋社會，不過，墨爾本商人馮文健 (Wilkin Fon) 則在工作期間已投身公益和義工活動。最近他就積極參與救世軍的紅盾募捐籌款 (Red Shield Appeal) 活動。

馮文健是救世軍華人企業慈善委員會 (The Chinese Corporate & Philanthropic Committee) 首屆主席，該委員會成立於 2016  年，旨在推動華人企業籌款，關懷居於澳洲的華人，協助他們認識救世軍服務，惠及需要幫助的人。
