There are concerns that unscrupulous migration agents overseas are targeting desperate visa seekers by promoting false or misleading information, after media reports that Australia may open its Work and Holiday visa to applicants from thirteen countries including India.
Registered migration agent Navjot Kailay says, "Some overseas-based agents and media publications are to be blamed for passing on incorrect information to young visa aspirants who wish to migrate to Australia on Holiday and Work visas.
