Bangla-speaking Nehal won the SBS National Languages Competition for 2019

The winners of the SBS National Languages Competition for 2019 have been announced in an event that celebrates language learning across Australia. The competition, run by SBS Radio, received nearly 3600 entries from language learners from across Australia in all age groups. Nehal Nafcy from Bangla-speaking community won in category D, 16-18 years.

Nehal Nafcy along with his father Mr Sohelur Rahman and his mother Mrs Afsana Bilkis spoke to SBS Bangla.
