Advocates urge businesses to increase employment opportunities for people with disability

A survey by the Business Council of Australia has found many employers would welcome more people with disabilities in their workforce, but few are making it happen.

One in six people in Australia lives with a disability.
Currently, there are more than 113,000 people with disability unemployed but looking for work.
The Business Council of Australia surveyed its members about existing strategies to recruit, retain and promote people with disability.
