Joel Cubos, a veteran chef with nearly 30 years of experience, is celebrating a major career milestone this year. After getting his start volunteering at the Sydney 2000 Olympics, he has been selected as one of the elite chefs responsible for preparing and serving meals to the athletes competing in the AFC Women’s Asian Cup in the Gold Coast, Queensland.
