This coming Saturday, March 21, 2026, SBS will launch a significant broadcast from the Bondi Pavilion, featuring ten different languages, including Filipino.

  • SBS will deliver live programming from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Arabic, English, Filipino, Greek, Hebrew, Italian, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish to directly engage residents in their own languages.
  • The broadcast will serve as a platform for expressing views and strengthening the community, particularly for Jewish Australians, following the attacks at Bondi Beach last year
  • In addition to radio interviews, there will be activities such as Waverley Council's "Global Table" event, featuring video vox pops, a photobooth, and food showcasing various traditions from around the world.
