The biggest single sporting event in the world can be followed on analogue radio (AM/FM), digital radio (DAB+), digital television, online and via the 2018 FIFA World Cup and SBS Radio apps.
The German group stage matches will be hosted by Christian Froelicher and Mathias Brueck, with live commentary in German provided by ARD/ZDF. Surely the best of both worlds!
The matches are:
Mexico v Germany: Monday, 18 June, 12.30am - 3am, with kickoff @ 1am
Germany v Sweden: Sunday, 24 June, 3.30am - 6am, with kickoff @ 4am
South Korea v Germany: Thursday, 28 June, 11.30pm - 2am, with kickoff @ midnight
To celebrate our German community's passion for football, there will be live crosses before the match and at half-time to fan events in Sydney and Melbourne, such as the Hofbräuhaus.
