In what promises to be an Australian first, six couples from different backgrounds will navigate family, religion and tradition before saying ‘I do’, in a new three-part SBS series.

Marry Me, Marry My Family premieres Tuesday 9th January at 8.40pm on SBS.

Over three weeks, the twelve men and women will try to straddle the gulf between cultures and the gap between their parents' expectations and their own dreams.

The series provides intimate access to the couples and their families, through the tears and joy, as they get ready to tie the knot of their diverse, multicultural wedding.
