50 years of “Deadly”, 50 years of NAIDOC

Nicole Smede is a member of the Mudjingaal Yangamba Choir and curator of the performance “Echoes of Deadly Harmony: 50 Years of Song”.

NAIDOC Week celebrations are taking place across Australia from July 5 to 12. It honors and celebrates the history, culture and achievements of Australia's indigenous people and the people of the Torres Strait Islands for the 50th time.
