Who wants to buy a town? For 70 years, Cossack, 1300 km north of Perth, has been abandoned. Only a janitor looks after the town's historic buildings. But now Australia wants to resurrect the place that was thought dead. Investors are welcome. My colleague Barbara Barkhausen was on the phone with me. She has found out what Cossack has to offer.
