After almost 600 days, all double-vaccinated Australians and permanent residents are free again to travel overseas and back to Australia without a permit nor the need to quarantine in a hotel for two weeks - unless they are returning to WA, QLD or SA. The winners of the new arrangements, it seems, are the 15 million Australians who live in New South Wales and Victoria.
