Australia Expands Defence Industry with Rheinmetall as a Key Partner

Australia is continuing to expand its defense industry and is increasingly relying on German technology. With a new contract worth millions, large-caliber artillery ammunition is to be produced in Queensland. However, the cooperation with the German defense company Rheinmetall goes far beyond this project: Boxer armored vehicles are already being built in Australia for the Australian and German armies, while both countries are also working together on cutting-edge drone systems.
