In Europe, wind power regularly has to defend itself against rumours and conspiracy theories. Here in Australia, opponents of renewable energy have now come up with new claims: Wind turbines are supposedly killing whales and koalas. Despite their absurdity, the theories are rapidly gaining supporters. Also thanks to Donald Trump.
