Ukraine war endangers Kyiv's herbarium

The war in Ukraine is also threatening one of the most important plant archives in the world: the National Herbarium in Kyiv with more than 2.3 million copies. These include numerous initial descriptions of Australian plants — an international team, including botanist Dr. Jürgen Kellermann from Adelaide, is therefore calling for the rapid digitization of the unique collection.
