Guided by the animated memories of his grandfather, the Australian filmmaker Aaron Lucas is taken on a journey through Nazi Germany to realise his heritage and discover his own connection to the place his family once called home. His documentary "I'll Be Frank" is a testament to the new wave of Jewish people who have claimed back German citizenship and are coming to terms with their familie's histories.
"I'll be frank" is at the "Jewish International Film Festival".
November 8 and 22 in Melbourne.
November 13 and 23 in Sydney.
