German movie nights in the middle of Newcastle

In the city of Newcastle north of Sydney, a German community event takes place every 4th Monday of the month, bringing together native speakers and language enthusiasts. German-language films with English subtitles are shown monthly by the “Newcastle German Kino Society” in the cozy rooms at The Base on Tudor Street number 3. SBS reporter Benjamin Kanthak was on site. On October 23, the club is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
