A Marshall plan for the Marshall Islands

Many Pacific states have given up on relying on the support of the rest of the world in their fight against climate change. In their eyes, the COP28 agreement is also full of "loopholes" and their future is still in jeopardy due to rising sea levels. However, the Marshall Island nation refuses to give up the fight despite setbacks and has developed an ambitious plan.
