Ice cream in Cairns

After Tropical Storm Jasper, thousands of people are still without power in Far North Queensland and heavy rainfall remains a risk of flooding. Wolfgang Rauf from Hamburg and his wife run an ice cream parlour in Cairns. How did they cope with storms and rain?
