Do you remember where you have been between April 30 and October 30, 1988? Chances are you were one of 16 million visitors to the World Exhibition 1988 in Brisbane! This week marks the 30th anniversary of the opening of the World’s Fair in Brisbane - and although it has been three decades, staff and visitors to the Expo still notice how much the 6 months have changed and shaped the city.

"It was a special, happy time," is the tenor of those who were allowed to experience it.
