For the sixth time in a row, the “Happy City Index” rates cities worldwide based on quality of life, sustainability and long-term development strategies. In this year's edition, Copenhagen ranks first among 251 cities surveyed. Among the top 20 is also an unexpected representative from Australia — mot one of the usual major cities.
