"Old Tom" genetically decoded: Australia's most famous killer whale was actually New Zealander

Evolutionary biologists in Australia have succeeded for the first time in deciphering the genetic lineage of a famous killer whale. "Old Tom" once skilfully drove whales into the hands of their human hunters and was handsomely rewarded for it.
