He originally comes from a small village near Lugano in Switzerland and has been living in Australia for almost five years. Because the cheese lover missed the original Swiss raclette cheese so much after his arrival in Melbourne, he founded his own online company at the beginning of 2020. The aim: to import fresh, delicious raclette cheese from Switzerland and offer it in Melbourne along with the matching grill. In an interview with SBS, Davide Boffa reveals how the cheese comes from Switzerland to Australia, which region his customers come from and what makes the traditional dish so special for him.
