Rhoda Roberts AO: The cultural warrior who changed the nation

Rhoda Roberts is one of the defining voices of Australian cultural life. As the first indigenous TV presenter on the main evening program and as producer and director, she set standards for the visibility of First Nations perspectives. Despite personal setbacks, it remained a driving force for cultural dialogue and recognition. Her work has been recognized many times and she leaves behind a lasting legacy.
